- This gorgeous girl is the cruise director: She likes to meet and greet everyone and thinks it is her job to inspect you and properly say hello with a lick to the hand and then she is off! She’s active, adventurous and absolutely would love a yard to run in and use that nose on! She is not too pushy with attention – a few pets and she is off to make sure there is no one else for her to greet! She’s content sitting by your side and enjoys her back being pet. No rude in-the-face business for her! We suspect she would do OK with mannerly children. She participates in shelter playgroups with gentle and dainty dogs.She wants a job to do and is ready to please her people!

Meeting Dogs at the Stockton Shelter
The shelter’s kennels are loud, stressful places for dogs. Some dogs express that stress by exhibiting behavior inside a kennel that they will not show otherwise. Please ask to take the dog you are interested into a play yard and spend some time getting to know him or her in that more relaxed environment.
