- Animal ID#: A322388
- Dog Name: Sadie
- Dog Sex: Female
- Approximate Age: 1 year, 1 month
- Her fosters say: She is the biggest love bug we have ever met! Although she is food motivated we think she prefers attention over anything else. She is respectful, polite and attentive. She has boundless energy for any activity you choose…fetch, hiking, swimming, long walks. When her humans are around she prefers to be next to them including giant hugs on the couch. She would absolutely love another dog friend to keep her company when her humans are away. She rides extremely well in a car and has the best car manners we have ever seen. There is nothing we have exposed her to that she doesn’t like. She even lives with farm animals! Just take one look at her adorable face and you’ll fall in love.

Meeting Dogs at the Stockton Shelter
The shelter’s kennels are loud, stressful places for dogs. Some dogs express that stress by exhibiting behavior inside a kennel that they will not show otherwise. Please ask to take the dog you are interested into a play yard and spend some time getting to know him or her in that more relaxed environment. For more information on meeting dogs at the shelter, please read this article.
