- A Little About Me: I love getting my play on with my canine pals and it really helps my confidence. I can be shy and timid at first with people so being with another canine outgoing pal would be beneficial for me. I am affectionate once I warm up which doesn’t take me long at all. I am gentle and very sweet, but trust me when I say I have a very playful side. In shelter environment I show to be much more low-key then I am out in the yards with all my pals and people I know! The shelter’s kennels are loud, stressful places for dogs. Some dogs express that stress by exhibiting behavior inside a kennel that they will not show otherwise. Please ask to take the dog you are interested in to a play yard and spend some time getting to know him or her in that more relaxed environment.
